Johann Iconomidis (a.k.a. Janni)
Born in 1982 - Managing Director
Since 2006 involved in
the aviation industry. He’s known for being an expert
on ground operations services around the globe, particularly
to Europe, Africa, and Middle East. Prior to founding
X-Operations, Janni served as the Deputy Operations manager
at Caeroscene Flight Support and also worked as a Handling
Agent in Rhodes, Greece. Janni is a licensed Flight
Dispatcher. He speaks fluent German, English and Greek.

Oliver Adam
Born in 1974 - Managing Director
Since 2000 involved in
the aviation industry. An FAA-Licensed Dispatcher, Oliver is
an expert in all areas of flight planning and operations
specially throughout Europe and North America. Prior to
founding X-Operations, Oliver served as the Operations
manager at Caeroscene Flight Support. Oliver holds an MBA in
Banking and Finance and a B.S. degree in Aeronautics from
Dowling College, NY. He is an FAA licensed Flight Dispatcher
since 2004. He is native from Mexico speaks fluent German,
English and Spanish.

Katharina Reinisch
Born in 1996 - Flight Dispatcher
Since 2016 involved
in the aviation industry. Prior to X-Operations, Katharina
worked for Tyrol Air Ambulance in their alarm center and
represented the Operations Control Center during
nightshifts. She is an FAA licensed Flight Dispatcher since
2021. She speaks German, English and Italian.

Karolina Palubinska
Born in 1990 - Flight Dispatcher
Since 2011 involved in
aviation industry. Prior to X-Operations worked as Passenger
Services Agent and Team Leader at Gdansk airport and later
as Aircraft Load Controller.Speaks Polish and English
fluent.

Kaloyan Kamburov
Born in 1987 - Flight Dispatcher
Since 2018 involved in
the aviation industry. FAA certified dispatcher from the
Sheffield School of Aeronautics in Florida. Prior to
X-Operations he gained extensive experience in the
hospitality industry. Kaloyan has a Master’s Degree in
Tourism Management from the Academy of Economics, Bulgaria.
He speaks fluent German, English and Bulgarian.

Sven Ramaker
Born in 1985 - Flight Dispatcher
Since 2006 involved in
the aviation industry. Prior to X-Operations, Sven worked as
a Flight Operations Specialist and CH-47 Chinook Loadmaster
for the Royal Netherlands Airforce and as operations
controller for Tyrol Air Ambulance. He speaks English,
German and Dutch.
